This is your dispatcher’s desk: a whiteboard, a notebook, a buzzing group chat. Now it’s one screen: everything that’s running, and you act right from here.

Four filters are the four questions of the day. Where’s the fire? Who’s held at customs? Who’s driving empty — that’s money lost. And the big picture.

The Alert column shows what matters most on each mission. Red is a problem flagged by a person, in their own words. Amber is a tricky step ahead, customs or a ferry, and empty returns.

Click a mission and its card opens on the right, while the table stays put. It holds what you need when a client calls: container numbers, the cut-off with a countdown, which mandatory documents are missing, dangerous goods and temperature, and a note if a partner carries the load.

Below that: who to call. Tap the number to call, even from a phone in the yard.

Statuses follow in order, from loading to closed, and the card offers only the moves that are possible. The problem flag sits on top of the status: a mission with a problem keeps rolling.

A small thing that matters a lot. The driver marks unloading on the phone, and the dispatcher clicks it here in the same minute. No duplicates: the system says the mission has already moved on and refreshes the board.

The screen speaks the dispatcher’s language: French, Arabic, Spanish, English, Russian — statuses included.

Whiteboard, notebook and chat — on one screen.
