The first question from a haulier who already has software in place: "what about accounting?" It stays where it was.
We don't keep the general ledger and we don't file tax returns. maTransports covers missions, sales, purchases and cash, and your accountant gets ready-made files.
Reports export to Excel and, on a schedule, arrive by e-mail on their own. Invoices and purchase orders come out as ready-to-use PDFs.
Payments go out as a file for your online banking. The product gathers supplier due dates and commitments, generates a file in a format your bank reads, and you upload it to your online banking yourself.
The statement comes back as CSV or Excel, exactly as your bank exports it. The obvious lines reconcile themselves; for the rest, the product suggests and a person confirms.
There is no direct bank connection in the product: Morocco has no common open banking, and access depends on each bank. We'll tell you honestly what can be done with yours.
No need to change accountants: they simply get the data ready to use.
