Where do customs, seals, steps and the money of a mission live?
An import dossier: customs in your own terms (DUM, BAD, T1), seals from your stock, the order and shifting of the steps, travel allowances and the cost estimate.
What you get
- Customs, seals and steps — inside the dossier, not in a separate folder.
- The BAD and empty-return rules are held by the system, not by memory.
- An estimate you can trust: every rate carries its source.

The same dossier a few days later: an import, the container already attached.
Customs in your own terms: regime, customs office, DUM, BAD, T1. Two rules are held by the system itself: an import does not load without its BAD, and the dossier does not close without the depot's confirmation.
Seals come from your own stock: the dossier proposes the next free number. A replaced seal is a new line with its reason; the old one stays.
The trip's direction sets the order of the steps, and you can insert an intermediate customs stop. A step the driver has stamped no longer moves. A forty-five-minute break, and the plan of every following step shifts, along with the ETA. The original plan stays in the history.
Travel allowance follows the company grid: a base amount, days included, an extra for each day beyond. The formula is on the driver's card, and a second driver gets the full amount. When the trip closes, the bonus is posted to the balance once, and the driver sees it on their phone.
And the cost estimate: the kilometre, the day, the hour. Every rate shows its source. Saving again creates a new version; the old one stays.
Customs, seals, steps and the trip's money — in one dossier.
