Who decides when money, documents and emails leave the system?
No payment sent and no access to your bank, a file you upload yourself, closed storage with no public links, PDFs assembled in the product, and an email that stays off until you switch it on.
What you get
- The product doesn’t pay or log into your bank: you upload the file, the statement recognises the payment.
- Documents in closed storage, PDFs assembled inside the product.
- Emails in your name go out only once you tick the box.
Transcript
The product doesn’t send a single payment and doesn’t ask for access to your bank.
From a payment order it prepares a file, and you upload it to your online banking yourself. Even the export pays nothing: it’s the bank statement that recognises the money.
CMR scans, driver photos and invoice PDFs are kept in closed storage. There are no public links: a file opens only inside the product, after you sign in.
PDFs are assembled on our server, inside the product — your documents never go to third-party services.
The connection is secure, and password-guessing attempts are limited.
An email in your name — say, to a subcontractor whose papers are about to expire — stays off until you switch it on yourself. And once it’s on, that’s two letters per document at most.
Money, documents and emails leave only on your decision.
