Who owes you money, and what happens to a client you tidy away?
The client directory with two calculated columns — what the client has brought you and what they owe — the card with the ICE and payment terms, and archiving that keeps the history.
What you get
- Who owes you and who is late — visible right in the client list.
- Client details are entered only once.
- A company history that tidying up can’t erase.

A client directory is dull — right up to two columns: how much the client has brought you and how much they owe you right now. Nobody types these numbers: they are calculated from invoices and payments.
One client owes nothing. Another owes three hundred thousand on ninety-day terms, and the amount turns red as soon as a due date has passed. Who owes you money? You see it at once, without a report.
Open the client's card. Their ICE is printed on every one of their invoices. The payment terms are filled into every new invoice and every quote. Fix something on the card, and it applies at once to every new document, while invoices already issued stay exactly as they went out.
Further down: the client's recent missions. And a client can't be deleted — only archived. They drop out of the pick lists, but stay attached to their missions and invoices: tidying the directory never breaks the company's history.
Entered once — and reused in every new document.
