Transcript
The director’s month fits on one dark band. Turnover and direct margin are compared with the period before. Next to them, cash available and arrears over sixty days. And if the Bank module is off, you get a dash and a padlock, not a zero: here, a zero would say the company is in trouble.
“Decisions pending” aren’t free text: they are your thresholds, crossed by your numbers. A corridor below the margin floor two periods running, not just one: one bad month is a ferry strike; two is the rate. A client more than sixty days late, with the number of missions planned for them. Missions closed but not invoiced. Empty running above target.
The decision is recorded: “postponed to the fifteenth”, and the row doesn’t vanish; it stays, with its tag and its note.
Corridors: margin per kilometre, from strongest to weakest. Under each one, a modest line: the share of empty running, and what it rests on — how many legs were typed, derived or unknown.
In the Company pulse, the basic tiles are there for everyone; the trends come with the Analytics module.
Reports export to Excel from the same numbers, and a scheduled delivery arrives on its own, on the first of the month. The driving-hours report, honestly, isn’t built: the product has no tachograph and no tracking, and we won’t pass off gaps between check-ins as compliance.
The company’s month, in a minute.
