How do I bring in my fleet and history in one go?
Seven sign-up steps, then importing an Excel or CSV file: recognised columns, a line-by-line preview before anything is saved, past missions closed, and what the file does not bring.
What you get
- A preview before anything is written — nothing without your click.
- Fleet, drivers and past missions from your file.
- Import a new fleet at any time.

Getting started takes seven short sign-up steps, about nine minutes in total. At the Fleet step you can type your trucks in by hand, or leave it to your file: the import is waiting inside your workspace.
The import screen takes an Excel or CSV file: your trip log, for example — trucks, trailers, drivers, missions. The system recognizes the columns by their headers on its own, and whatever it doesn't recognize, it shows you, so you can fix the mapping.
Nothing is written before you click. First you see, row by row, what will be imported, which trucks and drivers will be created, and where there's an error. Rows with errors can be skipped, and the rest imported.
Past missions arrive closed, straight into the history. A truck it already knows isn't created again, and a mission already imported is skipped, so the file can be uploaded again.
The owner removes the demo data in two clicks. And if you haven't issued any documents of your own yet, your first real invoice gets number zero-zero-zero-one.
What the file won't bring: document expiry dates, drivers' licences and CIN cards, clients with their ICE and payment terms, your rates — those you enter on the product's screens. And the import stays at hand: a new fleet can be uploaded at any time.
A trip no longer lives in three places at once. Papers and deadlines in plain sight, not in your head. And on any day, you see how much money comes in and how much goes out.
