How do you create a mission on one page instead of six screens?
The “New mission” page: nine sections, the frame before the actors, the client’s outstanding balance, the container picked by picture, the economy line by line and the two buttons.
What you get
- A form built from your screens, not someone else’s template.
- Required actors follow Import, Export or Domestic.
- Agreed price = sum of the lines sold; the invoice takes them as they are.

Your six “create a mission” screens became a single page. I click “New mission”: the menu folds away to make room for input.
At the top are the nine sections of the dossier, each showing how many required fields are still missing. It’s a map, not a wizard: I click “Economy”, and I’m there.
The frame comes before the actors, and here’s why. Export: the shipper becomes required. Import: now it’s the consignee. The direction of the mission decides.
I pick the client, and their outstanding balance shows before anyone talks price. The company isn’t in the system yet? I create it right here, without leaving the page.
The container is picked by picture, with its ISO dimensions alongside. Under the tractor you see at once whether it’s available on the window, whether its papers are in order, and how many times it has already run this corridor.
Economy is what you sell to the client, line by line. “Suggest” adds transport at this client’s median price, and says where the number comes from. I add waiting time and the scanner: the dossier price becomes the sum of the lines. The invoice will take them as they are.
Two buttons. Planning stays closed without a route, a loading date or a resource, and the page says what’s missing. A draft only needs the route: I save, the dossier gets its number, and customs, steps and documents open up.
