How does a quote become a mission without retyping anything?

The quote register, “Suggest lines” with the origin of the price, the VAT exemption for export, sending the PDF, a refusal with a reason, then “Create the mission” in one click.

What you get

  • Quotes priced from your tariffs, not from a salesperson’s memory.
  • The reason for every refusal is kept.

Before the mission, there is the quote. All quotes live in one register: drafts, sent, accepted, expired, refused. Three days before a quote runs out, its date turns amber, and an alert reminds you: time to call the client.

A new quote: the client, origin and destination, then “Suggest lines”. The transport line prices itself, and a chip tells you where the price came from.

First the client’s own tariff, then your general tariff, then the median of the client’s trips, the corridor median, and only at the very end, the catalogue.

One route, two clients: MERCADOMA has its own tariff, CITRUS SOUSS pays the general one. And a median is labelled as a median, so it can’t be mistaken for a tariff.

For export, you choose the VAT exemption under article 92-35. It applies to the total, while each line keeps its real rate and passes it on to the mission.

“Send”, and the client gets an e-mail with the PDF, and that PDF is kept exactly as it went out. A sent quote is no longer edited: a new offer is made with “Duplicate”. A refusal can’t be saved without a reason, so six months later you still know why you lost that job.

Accepted: lines and prices are frozen. “Create the mission”, one click, and the mission gets the same client, the same route and exactly these lines. The invoice will later come from the mission’s lines.

Prices from your own tariffs, and nothing is typed twice.
