How do you keep driver advances and expense claims without a notebook?
The advance calculated from the scale, the form to sign, the queue of photo receipts, the reimbursement, two separate balances in dirhams and euros — and the ledger, where every movement is a line.
What you get
- Every movement is a ledger line: the balance can be proven.
- Photo receipts from the driver’s phone; every rejection has a reason.
- Dirhams and euros: separate balances, no conversion.

Three thousand dirhams handed to a driver before a trip is not an expense — it's a balance. And a balance kept in a notebook exists in a single copy: lose the notebook, and the debt is argued from memory.
The advance is calculated from the scale: per day and per kilometre. But the operator has the last word — the scale doesn't know the ferry was cancelled. The form prints for the driver and the cashier to sign, and the movement enters the ledger only at the moment the cash is handed over.
On the right, the receipt queue: the photo next to the decision. A rejection must give a reason, and the driver sees it on his phone. A reimbursement is written to the ledger at the same time as the status changes: no money is reimbursed without a movement.
Dirhams and euros are two separate debts, with no conversion. A made-up exchange rate would turn an exact debt into an approximate one.
And the heart of the module is the ledger. One line for every movement, and none is rewritten after the fact. A mistake is corrected with a new line and a mandatory note. On the day a driver leaves disputing his balance, this is exactly what you want in your hands.
A balance you can prove, line by line.
