Can a document or a figure be changed after the fact?
The order form, invoice and credit note that keep their own copy, money logs that only grow, gap-free invoice numbers and a reason for every cancellation.
What you get

Order form, invoice, credit note: when a document is issued, it keeps its own copy — the client, the lines, the amounts. Change the client's card today, and the paper that went out yesterday stays exactly the same. A mistake on an invoice is fixed with a credit note, which has its own number series.
The money logs only grow: the driver treasury, invoice payments, the history of each bill of exchange. A correction is a new line with its own date, and the old one stays just as it was.
An invoice number is given at the moment of issue. Two invoices issued in the very same second get two consecutive numbers, without a single gap.
Whenever something is cancelled or rejected, a reason is required: cancelling an order form, rejecting a driver's receipt, a manual adjustment in the driver treasury. And a quote's history shows who sent it, and when.
Nothing disappears silently.
